DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure smooth scheduling and to respect our stylists’ time, we require a non-refundable deposit for all new clients receiving non-chemical services, as well as for any color service booked by new clients or by returning clients who have never received color from their current stylist.
For non-chemical services, new clients must pay a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit may be transferred up to two times, as long as you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment, in line with our cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the appointment is rescheduled more than twice, the deposit will be forfeited and a new $50 deposit will be required to rebook. Additionally, if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be required in order to rebook.

For all chemical/color services, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required from any new client or any returning client who has not previously received color from their current stylist. This deposit may also be transferred up to two times, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice before your appointment. Effective immediately, our cancellation policy for chemical services now requires 48 hours’ notice (previously 24 hours). If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or reschedule more than twice, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new $100 deposit will be required to rebook. In addition, a $50 cancellation fee will be required to rebook any chemical service that was canceled with less than 48 hours' notice.
Deposits are collected by phone—either your stylist or our receptionists will call you during salon hours to secure your deposit. Please note that appointments are not considered confirmed or secured until your deposit has been received.
All deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
